2. Purpose and legal basis for data processing
Personal data (email address, first name and family name, telephone number and mobile) sent through CV (we kindly inform you that CV forms without the explicit authorisation to data processing will not be taken into consideration) will be used, following explicit consent, for the stated purposes: newsletter, information, communication, training courses and vocational guidance, invitation to events of your interest. The processing will be done only after the communication of your explicit consent in this page. It is noted that the consent can be withdrawn at all times by writing an email to privacy@acof.it without prejudice to the legality of the processing until the moment of the withdrawal.
3. Recipients and transfers outside the European Union
Personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
4. Delay of conservation
Personal data collected for the purpose stated here above will be conserved until the withdrawal of the consent in accordance with point 2, unless the same information make the object of other processing by the same controller and however for a maximum delay of 36 months. In any case, at the moment of withdrawal of the consent, data will no longer be treated for the purpose described at point 2.
5. Rights of the data subject
As a concerned subject, it possesses the rights in accordance with Article 15 of RGPD and in particular the rights of: A) obtaining the confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning your person, even if not registered yet, and their communication in intelligible form; B) obtaining indications for: a) the source of personal data; b) the purposes and the practises of processing; c) the logic used in case of processing carried out with electronic tools; d) identification details of controller, of people responsible and of the representative designated in accordance with article 3.1 (“RGPD”); e) the identity of subjects and categories of subjects to which personal data can be communicated or which can have access to data in quality of representative designated in the territory of the State, of people responsible or in charge; C). obtaining: a) the update, the amendment that is, when there is any interest, the integration of data; b) the elimination, the anonymous transformation or the blockage of data treated against the law, considering also those for which the conservation is not necessary in relation with the purposes for which data have been collected or then processed; c) the statement that the operation at the point a) and b) have been disseminated to those to whom data have been communicated or disseminated, even

as far as their content is concerned, with the exception of the case when this fulfilment is impossible or involves the use of tools manifestly disproportionate compared to the protected right; D). opposing, completely or partially: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data that concern yourself; pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data that concern your person for sending advertising material or material of direct sale or for the fulfilment of market research or for commercial communication, through the use of automated call systems without the intervention of an operator via email. Please note that the right of the involved subject to object, exposed in the previous point b), for direct marketing purposes through automated methods extends to the traditional ones and the possibility for the interested subject to exercise the right to object even if partially. Therefore, the involved subject can decide to receive only communication through traditional methods, that is only automated communications or neither of these two types of communication. Furthermore, the subject has the rights mentioned in the articles 16-21 RGPD (Right of reply, right to be forgotten, right to limit the processing, right to object), the right to complaint with the Authority.

7. Disclosure requirement
The consent to the processing for the purposes stated at point 2 is not compulsory and is without prejudice to the supply of other services from ACOF.
